Payment: We do not accept cash/personal checks or Money Orders at this time, sorry. Paypal is preferred, Paypal is free and quick to sign up for. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted through PayPal. You can also pay using your bank account through your Paypal account. Its a secure, private and accepted form of ecommerce payment.
Returns/exchanges: No returns or exchanges. Items are carefully measured and described; please no returns due to fit - no exceptions. Due to the singular nature of our items, there are no exchanges. All items are sold AS IS.
Holds: Again, because we only have 1 of an item in stock, we cannot do any 'Holds' or 'Layaway' on our items. We want to give everyone a chance to purchase and enjoy our vintage treasures!
Special Requests: We love bringing the world of vintage to you, and customer service is very important to us! If you have a special request that adheres to our policy guidelines, an inquiry or need special shipping/packaging (gift wrap, perhaps?) we are happy to see if we can work with you.
