1990s/ Y2K low rise jeans with stretch. These jeans have fancy pants detailing such as an open frint zipper and lighter denim strip that lays across the hip line and is held with a snap at the side. A specialized and uniquely constructed piece.

Length: (top of waist to bottom leg hem) 34.5" the legs on this item were shortened by previous owner.
Rise: (crotch to top of waist) 7.75"
Inseam: (crotch to bottom let hem) 33”
Hips: (including around butt lower on the hips) 40" Thigh: 22"
All measurements are taken in inches while the garment is lying flat. Chest, waist, thigh + hip measurements are doubled to indicate the circumference
